Operations Supervisor

R.I.J.S. LTD. is seeking a skilled Dispatchers Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dispatch team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate maintenance and repair work to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure workers are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely requisition and ordering of materials and equipment.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Relocation costs will be covered by the employer. The work term is permanent, with a 35 to 40 hour workweek.
Work language is English.
