Overview

At Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our Food and Beverage team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Work Environment

Our Food and Beverage department is a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same. As a Server, you will work closely with our kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

As a Server, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest feels valued and respected.
  2. Ensuring that every guest has a seamless dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks.
  3. Working closely with our kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure that every guest receives their order accurately and in a timely manner.
  4. Handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements

To be successful as a Server at Best Western Plus Port O'Call Hotel, you will need to possess:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  3. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash and credit transactions.
