- Conduct thorough examinations and provide optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Educate patients on good oral hygiene habits and treatment progress, promoting a positive impact on their lives.
- Collect and review patient dental and medical history, ensuring accurate records and informed care.
- Take X-Rays and follow safety procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Update patient records and examination notes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, addressing their concerns and needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree program completion.
- Registered and/or licensed by the dental hygiene regulatory authority within the province, in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
- Great time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Current CPR and First Aid training.
- Competitive hourly and/or commission wage.
