Job Description for Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at Golden Auto Repair. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, adjusting, repairing or replacing parts and components of automotive systems, and estimating parts and labor cost to perform vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to identify issues and malfunctions
  • Perform repairs and replacements of parts and components
  • Estimate costs for maintenance and repairs
  • Perform scheduled maintenance services
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
