The Bar Service Professional will be responsible for arranging the bar area to create attractive displays, cleaning the bar area and washing glassware, serving food and snacks, and advising on wine selection. They will also be responsible for providing recommendations on drink selections, collecting cash and credit/debit card payments, operating the cash register, and recording and balancing beverage sales. Additionally, the Bar Service Professional will be responsible for storing beverage and food products, enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and preparing mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. The ideal candidate will have a Serving It Right Certificate and be fluent in English. The work term is permanent, and the work language is English. The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
