  • Reconcile vendor accounts and ensure accurate tracking of all transactions.
  • Assist in preparing backend invoices and ensuring all supporting documentation is in order.
  • Prepare invoices and monitor any discrepancies.
  • Manage and monitor vendor prepaid statements to ensure they are accurately recorded.

This role requires strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as proficiency in using accounting software (Quickbooks experience preferred).
