Job Overview:
Superior Glove, a family-owned company with over 100 years of experience in hand protection manufacturing, is seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient packaging and finishing of gloves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify product orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Perform various tasks such as sewing, labeling, and packing orders as required.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently to meet production demands.
  • Participate in the chemical mixture process, including setup and cleanup.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety procedures.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum one year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with industrial sewing skills. You must also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 35 lbs., and standing for extended periods. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, as well as basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment.
