About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Kush Construction Ltd. as a Construction Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Assist in mixing and pouring materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites as required.
  • Earthwork and Debris Removal: Help level earth to fine grade specifications and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Machinery Operation: Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Setting: Ability to work in various locations and adapt to changing site conditions.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
