Job Title: Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Manager to join our team at Hi-Life Bodycare Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our massage parlour, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise a team of 11-15 staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets, manage inventory, and oversee advertising and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
  • Language: Fluent in English
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
