We're seeking a skilled Service Centre Agent

Circet Ireland & UK is a leading provider of specialist services, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Service Centre Agent. This is a full-time position, working hours per week, based in Selkirk, Scotland.

About the Role

The Service Centre Agent will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of jobs daily, helping to reach our completion rate targets and closing jobs down to allow us to bill clients accurately. You'll communicate regularly with customers, client contact centers, engineers, and field leaders throughout the UK via both inbound and outbound service calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocate and manage engineer tasks efficiently, using various processes such as Start My Day, Timeslot Adherence, Engineer Utilisation, and End My Day.
  • Review all jobs completed by engineers to ensure forms match actions undertaken on site, stock is recorded, and notes and signatures are captured. Liaise with engineers to capture missing information.
  • React to issues as they arise and take corrective action, including updates to customers or escalation to field leaders.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and call customers after their appointment to check our quality of work.

Requirements

We're looking for an individual with:

  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage engineer tasks efficiently.
  • Multitasking skills using multiple phone lines and ability to juggle this with administration work.
  • Ability to escalate and report issues.
  • Proficient IT skills, including email, webchat, and spreadsheets.
