Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at B Boyz. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and preparing food to the highest standards.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
