Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit accurate and detailed construction project budget estimates
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff and/or volunteers to achieve project goals
  • Hire and manage subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and implement project schedules and milestones, monitoring progress closely
  • Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements as needed
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures for quality control
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial resources are allocated wisely
  • Oversee the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to meet company standards
  • Analyze data and information to inform project decisions and optimize outcomes
  • Prepare reports on project progress and performance
  • Direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth project execution
