Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaner to join our team at Manila Cleaning Services Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of various locations, including commercial buildings, shopping centers, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a tidy appearance
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and hygienic space
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of bacteria and viruses
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a healthy and safe environment
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a clean and hygienic space for customers
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding nature of the job
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Work Conditions:

Public transportation is available to facilitate commuting to work.

This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The estimated salary range for this position is $35,000-$45,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
