We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a residential care setting.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver compassionate and individualized patient care, prioritizing the needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions to enhance patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
- One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
