Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a permanent full-time on-site position for a Skilled Tradesperson with proven experience in all aspects of residential construction.
Job Description
This role involves a wide array of construction tasks including:
- Demolition (stripping floors/walls/ceilings without damaging the underlying structure, breaking through cement)
- Framing (all types of structural repairs & structural modifications)
- Services (encasing/securing electrical, plumbing & ventilation components)
- Interior Finish (waterproofing, insulating, drywalling, plastering, baseboards & trim, painting, flooring, tiling, etc.)
- Exterior Finish (light cement & masonry work, siding, roofing, installing windows & doors)
Required Skills and Qualifications
