Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at KFC/Taco Bell. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food preparation and service areas, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to our high standards.
  • Staff Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure that our high standards of customer service are met.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service industry.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and team player.
Working Conditions

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
