Flight Test Instrumentation Specialist

Airbus Canada is seeking a highly skilled Flight Test Instrumentation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Flight and Integration Test team, you will be responsible for the technical and schedule progress of Flight Test Instrumentation (FTI) and coordinate operationally with the FTV integrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define appropriate test means for flight test campaigns, including fuel test means and other necessary equipment.
- Support the tests during flight test campaigns, ensuring that FTI is properly installed and fully operational on the flight test vehicle (FTV) or on a production aircraft.
- Supervise the installation of FTI according to working instructions, ensuring that it is correctly installed and meets the required standards.
- Coordinate with the FTV integrator to ensure smooth operation of FTI during flight test campaigns.
- Support ground test on Rigs when dedicated testing installation is needed.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of flight test instrumentation and its application in flight test campaigns.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex technical data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
