Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to ensure our facilities are clean and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address any issues that may impact our cleaning operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires working on-site at our facilities. The successful candidate will be required to work a 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as needed.
