About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Mianco Group Inc. as a Construction Worker.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to facilitate construction activities.
  • Material Application: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Site Cleanup: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Site Safety: Assist in demolishing buildings, and direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, in physically demanding environments, with tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced construction environment.
Workplace Information
  • Job Type: Permanent, full-time position.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
