About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Information Systems Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Tracx Systems Ltd. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our software products and information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and document technical specifications to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business needs.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform usability testing and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Microsoft Visio, and Atlassian Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
