We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Companions to provide essential care to clients in Sherbrooke, Canada.

About the Role:

In this rewarding position, you will assist individuals with daily living activities, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility needs.
  • Provide support with medication administration and daily exercise routines.
  • Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to help clients feel comfortable and secure.
  • Assist with light household duties, such as cleaning and meal preparation.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Canada.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings.
  • Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients.
  • Physical ability to perform lifting and supporting movements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Compensation Package:

This is a competitive salary position with a range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
