Job Title: Construction Helper

Hunjan Renovation Ltd. is seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Helper to join our team. As a Construction Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced construction professionals.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions.
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads and working at heights.
  • Repetitive tasks may be required, but regular breaks will be provided to maintain productivity and safety.
Requirements:
  • Will train on the job, so no prior experience is necessary.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from supervisors.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
