About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Analyst to support our stocking and drop ship procurement processes, manage inventory assets, and collaborate with Product Marketing to achieve customer and vendor satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and collaborate on vendor buy opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Manage inventory to meet department objectives and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Negotiate returns and manage dropship billing to minimize financial risks.
  • Ensure adherence to vendor terms and resolve PO disputes to maintain strong relationships.
  • Prepare for SIOP review and handle escalations to ensure seamless operations.
  • Conduct UAT testing to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field.
  • High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong data entry, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in English and other local languages to communicate with vendors and customers.
  • Effective negotiation, organizational, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with relevant computer systems to efficiently manage inventory and procurement processes.
  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as needed to meet business demands.
