Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Ice Cream Shop Assistant to join our team. As an Ice Cream Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment in our store.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, take orders accurately and efficiently, and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the refrigerators, freezers, and counters.
  • Stocking and Inventory: Receive and stock inventory, including ice cream flavors, toppings, and supplies.
  • Sales and Promotions: Participate in sales and promotional activities to drive sales and increase revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree or certification required; training provided.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience an asset.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly around the store.
