We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Assistant to join our team at our Summerwood location in Sherwood Park, AB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process written prescriptions and refill requests.
  • Input patient and prescription information into our computer system.
  • Perform tasks related to ordering, receiving, and returning stock, including expiry date checks and inventory management.
  • Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Communicate allergy interactions and relevant billing information to the pharmacist.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 5 years of dispensary experience.
  • A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Kroll computer experience is an asset.
