Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst specializing in Supply Chain Management Business Process Re-Engineering.

Role Summary: This position entails a hybrid work model, combining both remote and onsite responsibilities.

Key Qualifications:
  1. Over 10 years of experience guiding clients through business re-engineering initiatives focused on procurement and logistics processes utilizing SAP.
  2. Completion of at least one full SAP Supply Chain end-to-end implementation, including thorough analysis of current and future processes.
  3. A minimum of 8 years working as a Business Analyst.
  4. At least 1 year of familiarity with SAP Supply Chain products, particularly Ariba.

Role Responsibilities:

Assignment Details:

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for:

  1. Gathering and documenting existing processes and business requirements for future solutions.
  2. Prioritizing business processes and actively participating in client meetings and workshops.
  3. Applying strong facilitation and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with client management.
  4. Utilizing leading practices for business, system, and data process analysis and documentation.
Essential Skills:
  1. Extensive experience in business re-engineering for procurement and logistics, specifically with SAP.
  2. Proficiency in ARIBA integrated with SAP S/4.
  3. Knowledge of industry best practices in Procurement and Logistics.
  4. Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Additional Competencies:
  1. Understanding of SAP's Activate Methodology.
  2. Experience in documenting requirements using diverse techniques.
  3. Strong grasp of supply chain processes and their integration with Finance S/4.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of SAP functionalities related to Commercial Management, Contract Management, Inventory Management, and Procurement Management.
  5. Problem-solving aptitude and analytical skills.
  6. Experience in transit-specific projects focusing on procurement and materials management transformation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. CBAP or equivalent certification is advantageous.
  2. Relevant post-secondary education.
  3. Certifications in SAP Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, or Ariba are beneficial.
Key Deliverables:
  1. Documenting and mapping current processes in collaboration with process owners.
  2. Gathering and defining business requirements for future solutions.
  3. Creating comprehensive Business Requirement Documents.
  4. Preparing and maintaining SAP business process documentation.
  5. Developing functional specifications for system changes.
  6. Supporting project planning, change management, and testing activities.
