Cabinetmaker Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team at Quickx Builder Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinetmaking, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Study plans and specifications to understand project requirements
  • Trim joints and fit parts together to form complete units
  • Sand and finish wooden surfaces to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Repair or restyle wooden furniture and fixtures
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in cabinetmaking
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
  • Residential and commercial settings
  • Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) weight handling
