Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team at Canada Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate service
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring optimal inventory management
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure quality control standards are met
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail
