Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Saskatoon Halal Meat and Grocers. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall store performance.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as reporting and data analysis, to support store operations.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
