About the Role

At velocity23, we're seeking a highly skilled and creative Web & Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for creating high-end, responsive website layouts and website elements that exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually stunning website layouts and website elements that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Develop and revamp websites for our Inbound Marketing Clients, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and design.
  • Create engaging landing pages, blog templates, email templates, call-to-action buttons, and banners that drive results.
  • Design and create high-quality infographics, ebooks, and other marketing assets that showcase our clients' brands.
  • Gather feedback from our team and implement requests for Graphic & Web design needs, ensuring that our designs meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Maintain open communication with our team on status, deadlines, and customer requests, ensuring that we're always on the same page.
  • Carry design and web projects from concept to completion, adhering to our brand standards and ensuring that our designs are consistent and cohesive.
  • Create, maintain, and uphold a thorough and consistent brand style guide for our clients, ensuring that their brands are always represented in the best possible light.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts that drive results and exceed our clients' expectations.
  • Update our Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) as needed, ensuring that our processes are always efficient and effective.

Requirements

  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality output, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery, with experience in front-end development.
  • Experience with HubSpot and HubL is considered an asset, as is a working knowledge of up-to-date search engine optimization techniques.
  • Comfortable working in a Mac environment and having a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Web & Graphic design.
  • A great portfolio that showcases your skills and experience.
