  • Operate a cash register, manage cash handling, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

  • Advertise and promote products, sales, and services through various channels, including in-store promotions and social media.
  • Perform data entry, maintain sales records, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Train staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and management.
  • Adaptability, quick learning, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Cultural competency and awareness, with the ability to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
