Hydrogeological Engineer

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or Geoscience/Geological Engineering. You should also be eligible and working toward registration as a Professional Engineer of Ontario (P.Eng.) or Professional Geoscientist of Ontario (P.Geo.).
You'll demonstrate successful participation in projects with minimal supervision, showing self-motivation. Environmental/geotechnical/geo-environmental engineering field experience focusing on environmental sampling of groundwater, surface water, and soil is an asset.
Your ability to understand engineering drawings, technical specifications, construction contracts, and regulations will be valuable. On-the-fly troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, commitment to technical excellence, and strong communication skills are essential.
