Job Title: Assistant Binder

Imprimerie Transcontinental inc is seeking a skilled Assistant Binder to join our team. As an Assistant Binder, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various specialized binding equipment and machines, as well as operating automatic and semi-automatic equipment and machines to bind or finish print material according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate binding equipment and machines to produce high-quality bound products.
  • Operate automatic and semi-automatic equipment and machines to bind or finish print material according to specifications.
  • Pack, weigh, and stack bound and finished products on pallets for shipment.
  • Ensure all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and calibrated.
  • Collaborate with other team members to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
