Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our kitchen team at Best of Stone Baked Pizzeria Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
    • Train and develop staff in job duties, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that all food meets our high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
    • Implement and maintain effective food safety and sanitation procedures, adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Inventory and Budgeting
    • Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies.
    • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on kitchen performance, sales, and inventory.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts.
Working Conditions
