About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Integrated Marketing Associate to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Integrated Marketing Programs team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of our digital marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and distribution of digital content, including paid social ads, programmatic display ads, technical whitepapers, and videos.
  • Assist in the execution of nurture email campaigns and maintain marketing content libraries.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative agencies, to provide project management support and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Analyze and report on the results of content and email nurture campaigns.
  • Document operational processes and update team SharePoint as needed.
Requirements
  • Student in their 3rd or 4th year or part of an MBA program or recent graduates (within the last 6 months) at a university preferably in a business, marketing, design, or communications field.
  • Available for at least 12 months with a potential to extend.
  • Strong technical business and design skills, including Microsoft 365 and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, relationship building, stakeholder management, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable navigating dynamic environments while proactively gathering necessary information and working in multinational, multi-cultural teams across time zones.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous).
