About the Role:

Campbell Amusements is seeking a highly motivated and physically fit individual to join our team as an Amusement Park Attendant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our rides and attractions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate rides and amusements, ensuring they are safe and functioning properly
  • Perform routine maintenance on rides and equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining recreational facilities and grounds, ensuring they are clean and safe for guests
  • Collect tickets and fees, and rent or sell sports and accessory equipment as needed
  • Assist patrons on and off rides, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times
  • Secure and release safety belts and bars, ensuring guests are properly secured at all times
  • Drive trucks, vans, and other vehicles to transport amusement rides, games, and other attractions to amusement attraction sites

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads (up to 23 kg/50 lbs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues
  • Reliability and flexibility, with a willingness to work varied shifts and travel as needed
