About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our kitchen team at Toppers Pizza. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas and other menu items to meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook pizzas and other menu items to order
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Order supplies and equipment as needed
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
