Part-Time Elementary Teacher/Tutor Opportunity

Oxford Learning Centres, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a part-time elementary teacher/tutor. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with students at the elementary level and is committed to helping them succeed in all subjects.

The Role:

As a part-time elementary teacher/tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support to students in a small group setting. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement lesson plans, and provide guidance and feedback to students as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic support to students in a small group setting
  • Develop and implement lesson plans in collaboration with our team
  • Guide and support students in their learning, providing feedback and encouragement as needed
  • Monitor and report on student progress, making recommendations for future support as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar certification in a relevant field
  • Experience teaching or tutoring elementary students
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English
  • Ability to multitask and balance working with up to three students at a time
