About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team and take your career to the next level. As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our banking systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Perform testing on assigned projects by reviewing project documentation, preparing test plans, and executing test activities.
  • Test Planning and Execution: Plan and execute various types of testing, including functional testing, accessibility testing, user interface testing, cross-platform testing, and content testing.
  • Quality Assurance Deliverables: Complete quality assurance deliverables on time, as per the schedule.
  • Defect Reporting and Management: Report defects in defect tracking tools and work closely with the team to determine solutions, prioritize, and schedule.
  • Status Updates and Risk Identification: Provide regular status updates and call out risks and issues that may impact release and project timelines.
  • Root Cause Analysis and Process Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis of post-production issues and plan to prevent them in future.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
