Job Title: Warehouse Shipper

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper to join our team at Quadra Sales. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate shipment of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine Method of Shipment: Schedule distribution of goods and schedule transportation conveyances to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare Shipping Documents: Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents to ensure accurate and efficient shipping.
  • Inspect and Verify Goods: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Maintain Record-Keeping: Maintain an internal record-keeping system to track shipments and inventory.
  • Oversee Loading and Unloading: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient handling.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Industrial facility or establishment.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, requiring the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
