We are seeking a skilled Restoration Estimator to join our team at Paul Davis of Red Deer. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing estimates to ensure compliance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough reviews of estimates using our main estimating platforms, including XactAnalysis and Symbility.
- Identify trends and provide training to our network to improve compliance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to our team members.
- Liaise with offices and insurance carrier partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Support our offices in achieving higher scorecard performance through improved cycle time and quality of compliance reviews.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneDrive.
- Experience with estimating platforms, including XACTware products and Symbility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and operate our primary operating systems and estimating platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
