About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning Specialist at KCC Cleaning Authority Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, as well as dusting furniture and fixtures.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and disinfectant sprayers, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Handle and report lost and found items, and ensure that all areas are tidy and organized.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning goals and objectives.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment.
