Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balance, income statements, and balance sheets, to provide insights for business decision-making.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors.
- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain general ledgers and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
