Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at 757 4479 Canada Inc. as a Grounds Maintenance Expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, supervising staff, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction.
  • Supervise and schedule staff, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in horticulture and/or gardening.
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to relocate.
