Key Performance Indicators:

  • Recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
  • Implementation of collection strategies and performance evaluation systems
  • Development of comprehensive collection contact and segmentation strategies
  • Adherence to internal control framework and good business practices
  • Maintenance of high standards of client relationship management
  • Monthly review of branch operational targets

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Administration or related field (asset)
  • 3-5 years of experience in debt collection or banking industry
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Knowledge of laws relating to debt collection (asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure
