Wallcovering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wallcovering Specialist to join our team at Simertech Constructions Ltd. This is a permanent, on-site position with a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

• As a Wallcovering Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting and applying various wall coverings, including wallpaper and other materials.
• You will work closely with clients to advise them on colours and choice of wall coverings, ensuring their vision is brought to life.

1. Preparing surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.

2. Mixing paint to the desired colour and texture and applying it to interior and exterior surfaces.

3. Applying wallpaper and other materials to walls, taking care to ensure precise measurements and cuts.

4. Providing excellent customer service, working collaboratively with clients to meet their needs and expectations.

• A minimum of 7 months' experience in a related field, such as painting or decorating.

• Ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail.

• Fitness to perform physical tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
