We're on a mission to revolutionize MongoDB deployments on any cloud or platform our customers choose. Our goal is to create a world-class, open-source alternative to MongoDB Atlas or Amazon DocumentDB, empowering end-users to own, control, and operate their MongoDB environments on-premise or in the cloud.

As a seasoned Python developer with a background in MongoDB, you'll join our small but mighty team to build a fully managed MongoDB solution using Juju. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting the most reliable and secure way to deploy and operate MongoDB on machines, VMs, public cloud, and Kubernetes.

What We're Looking For
  • A passionate technologist who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A senior Python programmer with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions in mission-critical environments.
  • Experience operating and managing MongoDB clusters.
  • Proficiency in modern infrastructure deployment automation or traditional Linux systems administration, operations, and package management.
  • A commitment to quality and automatic testing.
