Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and record daily journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform treasury functions, including bank reconciliations, wire transfers, and coordination with the Tax and Treasury team for new entity openings.
  • Compile information related to audit queries and reconcile intercompany transactions.
  • Support budget process development and track monthly development fee allocations.
  • Assist with various special duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A CPA designation and 1+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in real estate or industries like mining, oil, and gas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.

About The Role:
