Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team at CANADA CORPORATION.

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database, maintaining accurate records, and performing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into our database with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data
  • Store, update, and maintain databases
  • Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation
  • Perform general office duties, including answering phones and responding to emails
  • Classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data
  • Create digital records using a scanner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Access, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Ability to classify, label, and store diskettes/disks and tapes of data
  • Ability to create digital records using a scanner
Work Environment:

The Data Entry Clerk will work in a general office setting with a fast-paced environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The Data Entry Clerk will work 40 to 48 hours per week.
