We are seeking a Spiritual Leader to guide our faith community in the Anglican Diocese of Kootenay. The ideal candidate will be an adaptive, team-oriented leader who can prayerfully and sacramentally support our licensed lay ministers, deacons, and locally-trained and retired priests.

As a Team Leader, you will oversee six congregations in three parishes, including a house church, a downtown church, and rural churches. This is a unique opportunity to use your skills in managing change with a variety of personalities and priorities in a dynamic environment.
